Madison Conyers is majoring in Health Science with a minor in Comparative Women’s Studies on the Pre-Med track at Spelman College. From an early age, she developed an increasing desire to help those who suffer at the hands of injustice. She strongly believes in the empowerment of women and plans to focus her studies on the current disparities in healthcare among African American women.

After college, she plans to attend medical school and pursue a career as an obstetrician-gynecologist that specializes in maternal-fetal medicine. As an obstetrician-gynecologist, she plans to serve women in underrepresented communities and help fix the mortality rates of African American women after giving birth. As a Wellness Ambassador with the Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness, she is thrilled to be working alongside some of the most influential Black women and men in wellness.
