On Saturday, February 21st, 2026 from 11:00am – 1:30pm CST, join us dressed in your red work-out gear to join the fight against heart disease in women — the #1 health threat to Black Women. Get informed, inspired, and empowered to protect your heart, boost your personal fitness, and hear the stories of survivors and others committed to living well at every stage of life.

PREVENTION is our focus, and increased SURVIVORSHIP of those living with a cardiovascular condition.

Come celebrate the 15th Annual National Wear Red Day with the Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness! On February 21st, from 11:00am - 1:30pm, we will come together in sisterhood to get informed, inspired and empowered to beat heart disease and to commit to protecting our lives at all costs!

Wear Red Day is a day of education, awareness, and time spent together learning how to identify, prevent, and survive heart disease. As Black women, cardiovascular ailments are among the biggest threats to our healthy lives – and we believe in the POWER OF PREVENTION.
