Through educational events, workshops, trainings, and partnership activities, we build a culture of wellness and raise women’s and girls’ awareness on key health risks and issues impacting their lives. These efforts model, inform, and influence healthy lifestyle behaviors, promote health literacy, and equip them with knowledge and personal agency to cultivate, maintain and grow mind-body-spirit wellness in every area of their lives.
