My name is Haley Howard and I became a Wellness Ambassador following the completion of my 8-week summer internship at The FFBWW in 2025. I am from Washington, DC, but attend college in Atlanta, GA. One of my favorite wellness practices to engage in is daily positive affirmations. My primary goal as a FFBWW Wellness Ambassador this year is disseminating information to community members in Atlanta regarding preventative wellness practices. Being a FFBWW Wellness Ambassador is being a pillar in one's community and being a resource for wellness practices, whether that be mental or physical.
