Dahjenae is a rising senior at Lafollette High School. She was born and grew up in Madison, Wisconsin but can’t wait to travel. She is also part of the dual enrollment early college STEM program at MATC. Outside of school she is working part-time at a non-profit community garden. For fun she likes to crochet, read, listen to music, go to amusement parks and spend time with her loved ones. 

After High School she plans to attend a 4-year college/university for diagnostic medical sonography. She enjoyed working with the Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness because it gave her the opportunity to be more involved in the community and explore careers in public health.
